As part of ongoing investment at its Clonmel campus, the company commissioned both a large-scale office fit-out and a new cleanroom facility. Working in partnership with Ardmac, Cross Electrical Services successfully delivered what turned out to be a significant pharmaceutical industrial electrical project in Ireland.
Running both projects simultaneously demanded careful sequencing and coordination to keep construction progressing efficiently. Cross Electrical Services completed the electrical strip-out for the new installation before fitting the full cleanroom electrical package, while at the same time delivering CAT A and CAT B electrical services across a 15,000m² office environment.
The systems installed and fully commissioned for the Boston Scientific electrical project included:

- Security (Access Control, Intercom, CCTV)
- Fire Alarms
- Emergency Lighting
- Disabled Toilet Alarm System
- Gas Monitoring & Detection system
The completed developments provide Boston Scientific with high-quality office accommodation and additional specialist manufacturing capacity to support future operations.
