Dawn Group is one of Europe’s largest food processing companies, operating high-capacity manufacturing facilities that rely on resilient electrical infrastructure to maintain continuous production.
At its Charleville site, the business commissioned Cross Electrical Services for a major transformer upgrade to strengthen power distribution and support future operational demands.
The works focused on replacing and upgrading key elements of the site’s power network, with our team carefully coordinating activities with the facilities, construction and energy teams.
Cross Electrical Services also fulfilled the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), overseeing:
- Installation of new 1250kVA transformer
- Supply and installation of new LV off-loading distribution boards
- LV cabling from transformer to LV distribution boards
- MV cabling and commissioning
- Associated MV and LV distribution infrastructure
Finished safely and on schedule, the upgrade provides a stronger electrical platform for the site’s ongoing operations. The completed electrical project showcases our ability to manage complex infrastructure upgrades while working collaboratively with clients and project partners.
