Project Description

The Simms Building is a HSE owned building which is part of the significant new health quarter at Tallaght Cross in Dublin.

With a gross internal floor area of approx. 2,842 sqm, this building is a change of use and modification from a previous office use to an impressive new six storey medical clinic.

The Simms Building will provide bespoke modern outpatient services for the Regional HSE Orthodontic Unit as well as enabling quality care to patients in Tallaght Hospital’s Endocrinology, Diabetes, Neurology and Ophthalmology Departments within an existing five-storey over a three-storey basement block. The existing building was developed to a shell and core standard.
